Reading to a Baby

Emma just LOVES her babies. She reads to her and even makes sure she's tucked in bed at night. She will make a great big sister and mommy one day, a long long time from now( maybe when she's 30 or so...)

Christmas Spirit

Emma just loves the dancing bear and penguins. Every night she says good night to them and kisses them. In this picture she struck a pose in the middle of a dance. Such a ham for the camera.

Tree Decorating with Daddy

Emma at a Wedding

Emma was supposed to be a Flower Girl at a wedding this summer, but due to her shyness we had to pull her out. She was still dressed up so pretty, and enjoyed looking like a princess for a day. Always a princess in our eyes.

Chocolate Milk Cow

Emma was not too happy about being a cow for Halloween this year, she really wanted to be, what else, Dora. So I had to say something to get her hyped up about being a cow, and all I could think of was, chocolate milk cow. After I told her that's what she was being, she was excited and couldn't wait for Halloween. Had her face painted and everything. She loved going trick-or-treating this year.

Swimming in the Lake

After a busy day of boating and sea-dooing, daddy Emma and cousin Jessica decided to take a jump off the boat into the lake. Nice and cool.

Emma and Grammie

Here is Emma and Grammie walking home from the beach during "Beach Week 2006". We collected rocks, and Emma loved walking along the beach. Cold day, well really the whole week was chilly, for August anyway. Can't wait for "Beach Week ' 07".

Colouring Fun

Here is Emma and her favorite Auntie Carla colouring. They look like they're having fun. Emma sure loves to colour, in books, on boxes to make a decorative house for the livingroom, and yes, she coloured on the wall too. She's our little Picasso.

Buds For Life

Here's an updated picture of Emma and her best bud, Bear. She was so excited for me to take this picture. I am just glad she wanted her pic taken. She went thru a phase when she didn't want her picture taken. They're the best of friends, and inseparable. He'd do anything for his girl. Good Boy Bear.

Dora, Dora, Dora!!!

OK, so Dora is a REALLY big thing for girls these days, but is there a point where enough is enough? This girl of mine has everything imaginable Dora. From toys to her room decor, it's all been redone in Dora. She is now in a double bed, courtesy of her Grammie. Never knew a 3 year old with a double bed. Spoiled? NEVER

Growing Up

Well, it has been a really long time since I have made a post to this site. Emma is growing like a weed! Still in the "Terrible 2's" stage, but is getting better, hopefully growing out of it now. She is almost 3 ( on January 13th).
Christmas is fast approaching, and she is so excited about presents and of course, Santa. She likes the idea of someone giving her presents, but unsure of Santa. She will be going to see Santa at the mall as soon as he arrives.
